|Position Specific Responsibilities||
Searching for a dedicated person ready to handle aspects related to student-athlete experiences. This will encompass social media, marketing enhancements, leadership or career developments, DEI, compliance & so much more. If you have a background in athletics or were a student athlete, & wanting to assist the advancements related to current athlete experiences, this is probably something you want to look into. |Summary of Responsibilities||
Coordinates the development and implementation of student-athlete experience services. Assists in marketing efforts, Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) leadership and support efforts, and student-athlete leadership programs.

Bachelor’s degree in related field by hire date
Two (2) years of experience in advising, leadership, student athlete development or related field. Every 15 hours of college coursework beyond a bachelor’s degree can be substituted for one (1) year of experience.

|Pay Information||Range from $43,000 to $61,000/yr. Salary determination based on experience matching with criteria.|
